We will be accepting online pre-applications for our Section 8 Lottery each year in the Spring.

I applied for the lottery, but I haven’t heard anything, is there another drawing? Do I have to reapply or does the first application work?2021-02-02T22:25:26+00:00

We will hold several of drawings throughout the year. If you are not drawn by the next time we accept pre-applications, you will need to reapply. We will accept pre-applications each year in the Spring.

Unfortunately you won’t be able to do an address change to your lottery application because we can’t access it unless you get chosen. We recommend you submit a Change of Address with USPS, click here for USPS Change of Address form, be sure to check the posted confirmation numbers in case you get chosen.
